BASE PRICING:

These prices are my current rates for simple, non scenic commissions. Character(s) on either a flat colored canvas, simple abstract background elements, or a mini scene.Pricing is subject to increase based on pose, scenario, complexity of design, crop, or others.The prices down below are the BASE prices, one simple character on a flat background. If you would like anything more than that, please look at the add-ons section to see price increases

SCENIC COMMISSIONS:

I handle rates for scenic commissions on a case by case basis. I consider scenic commissions to be any piece where more than 25% of the whole composition is dedicated to a full background or background elements. If you choose to commission a scenic commission, I will work as closely as possible with you to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for.If you would like a ball park idea for pricing. Take the base price for the style & crop you want, add whatever multipliers apply for what you have in mind (Except for any background elements) and double the number you have. That number will be extremely subject to change, but hopefully that gives you an idea of my scenic rates.

I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason. But for the record, here are some subjects I will ALWAYS refuse:Any hateful or prejudiced content.Content that promotes harassment of an individual or group of peoplePedophilic contentZoophilic contentExplicit NSFW for people I do not know personallyNSFW depicting a character with animal, or animal like genitalia.

TERMS OF SERVICE

This TOS is effective for every image commissioned from @scroimble (Twitter, Instagram) / @Prehevil (Toyhouse) as of 5/7/2025By commissioning an image, or acquiring a character with art by me, you’re agreeing with these terms, if broken, you may be subject to being blacklisted from purchasing from me in the future.USAGE:
Once an image is commissioned from me, all personal use is permitted, this includes, but is not limited to, Setting is as a profile picture or banner on any platform, sharing or reposting with proper credit (Tagging/linking my profile in a clear, easily readable manner), setting my work as a wallpaper, or theme, and manufacturing NON COMMERCIAL, NOT FOR PROFIT GOODS, such as prints and keychains with my work.You are not allowed to use my work in any for profit ventures without my knowledge. This includes, but is not limited to, manufacturing goods such as prints and keychains to be sold to others at a profit for you, using my art on packaging for a for profit, commercial good (such as candles, or soaps) without my explicit knowledge and consent, claiming my work as your own and marketing with it, et cetera.I do allow commissions for images to be used on packaging, though. I just ask that 1) I know it is for packaging from the initial stage of the commission and 2) I receive additional payment, as decided by the details of the commission.Using my work for profit without my knowledge or consent results in a take down notice of the offending item, as well as an immediate and non negotiable ban from ever purchasing from me again.Using my work for generative AI training of any kind will also result in an immediate, and non negotiable ban from ever purchasing from me again.REFUNDS:
At times, I am not the best worker, to rectify this, I am offering a clear and open refund policy. If you have received no significant updates on your commission 2 months after the last update, you are entitled to refund based on these parameters:If there have been no significant updates on your commission since the sketch has been completed and paid for, you are entitled to a full refund.If there are no significant updates on your commission halfway through the commission process ( A piece has been lined but not colored, a lineless piece has had some flat colors placed, but not others, A character has been completed but not a FULL background or composition) you are entitled to a 50% refund.If there are no significant updates on an almost finished commission (ushaded full composition, simple background commissions without backgrounds) you are entitled to a 20% refund.If a commission is completely finished based on my and the commissioners shared terms, you are not entitled to a refund.These refund terms are negotiable based on exact piece details, but take these as a guideline if anything comes up. If a refund is issued, I will take steps to turn what product is there into something usable if you choose so. I do not allow commissioners to finish my unfinished work without my permission.USAGE:

This TOS is effective for every character that is both designed by & purchased from @Scroimble (Twitter, Instagram) / @Prehevil (Toyhouse) as of 4/22/2025By purchasing or commissioning a design from me, you’re agreeing to these terms, if broken, you may be subject to being blacklisted from purchasing from me in the future.USAGE:
Once a design is purchased, all personal usage is permitted, you may create/commission goods that are not for profit to your heart’s content, with some exceptions.What’s permitted:Changing a characters design in any way you would like*
Commissioning art and other goods of a character.
Reselling, gifting, or trading a character.*** If you intend to redesign a character, please read the redesign section

Using characters I have designed in depictions of:Hate speech / Harassment
Sexualization of children*
Zoophilia***Sexualization of children includes, but is not limited to: Aging a character down for sexual purposes, the fetishization of childhood iconography e.g, diapers/ageplay/breastfeeding/mental regression. It does NOT include: non sexual age regression, diapers in a non-sexual context, any sexual situations where the focus isnt children, or childlike behavior.** Zoophilia includes, but is not limited to: Sexual situations including ANY feral (quadruped animal) characters, redesigning characters to have anatomically correct animal genitalia, or characters regressed to an animalistic mental state. It does NOT include: Fantastical non human genitals, NSFW content of anthropomorphic characters.

REDESIGNS:
You are allowed to redesign a character in any way you like, as long as it doesn’t interfere with my terms of use. My redesign terms exist for designer credit, and for profit ventures.1. The original design, no changes made:
I have full designer credit, this should reflect on sites like toyhouse
If anything I deem as for profit is made with a design in this state, I require full payment listed in my for profit use section.
Full terms of service still apply2. The original design, but with minor changes/add-ons:
I have full designer credit, this should reflect on sites like Toyhouse, but the redesigner is allowed to take credit for the changes they’ve made
If kept on a character cataloging site such as toyhouse, I ask that the original design file be included somewhere on the characters profile
If anything I deem as for profit is made with a design in this state, I require full payment listed in my for profit use section
Full terms of service still apply3. The original design, with a lot of changes:
I have partial designer credit, the redesigner is allowed to take dual credit on sites like Toyhouse if they so choose.
If kept on a character cataloging site such as toyhouse, I ask that the original design file be included somewhere on the characters profile
If anything I deem as for profit is made with a design in this state, I still require payment, but less than other tiers Full terms of service still apply.4. Unrecognizable from the original design:
I have minimal designer credit, the redesigner is allowed to take full credit for this iteration on sites like toyhouse.
If kept on a character cataloging site such as toyhouse, there must be some sort of note that the design is a redesign of a design from me, and ALL my original design files be included somewhere in their profile.
If anything I deem as for profit is made with a design in this state, I require no additional payment.
Usage terms still apply. You will not be allowed to use that design in a way I do not permit.RESELLING:I do not allow my design to be resold for a higher price than you bought it for. Flipping my design for more than you bought it for results in an immediate, and non negotiable ban from purchasing from me ever again.This rule does not apply to characters with art drawn, commissioned, or gifted after purchase.
I do not have a strict pricing guide after art, but it would be wise to price with discretion, as to not break any other artist’s TOS.FOR PROFIT USAGE:I am open to my designs being used for profit, but I require additional payment, whether it be upfront, or a cut of profits. I will tackle this on a case by case basis, Please contact me if you would like to use a design of mine for profit.
